Fire crews from Bamber Bridge and Penwortham were called to reports of a fire at an address on Woodville Road, Penwortham. When they arrived they found the fire involved a domestic garage which was well alight. Firefighters used two breathing apparatus and two hose reels to extinguish the fire. There were no casualties reported and crews were in attendance approximately one hour. An investigation into the cause of the fire is underway.
