At 4:44pm on the 14th February, two fire engines from Rawtenstall and Haslingden attended an incident involving an outbuilding on Helmshore Road, Rossendale. Firefighters used two breathing apparatus, two hose reels and a thermal imaging camera. Crews were detained approximately ninety minutes.
