At 3.12pm this afternoon two fire engines and crews from Blackpool and one from South Shore responded to a call that someone might be trapped in a fire in a house on Oxford Rd Blackpool. A cooking-related fire was already out without developing further and ambulance paramedics attended to a male casualty.
