At 21:21 fire engines from Blackpool and Fleetwood and the boat from Preston attended West Park Drive, Blackpool. Fire service personnel rescued a casualty who had slipped in the water. The casualty had a foot stuck in a rock and they were chest high in water. Crews were detained for thirty minutes rescuing the casualty.
