At 01:45 on 24 August two fire engines from Hyndburn attended a fire on Willows Lane, Accrington. The incident involved one vehicle which had left the roadway into a field and was well alight. Fire crews used two hose reels to extinguish the fire. Fire crews were detained for approximately one hour.
