Firefighters from Blackburn and Bamber Bridge attended a road traffic collision on Tower Road, Blackburn. When they arrived they found the incident involved one vehicle which had rolled over and there was a casualty confined to the vehicle. Firefighters released the casualty from the vehicle and handed them over to the care of paramedics at the scene. Firefighters were in attendance approximately one hour and twenty minutes.
