At 13:55 on 10th June, two fire engines from Blackburn and Hyndburn attended a road traffic collision on Fecitt Brow, Blackburn. The incident involved two vehicles and had left one casualty trapped. Firefighters gained access to the vehicle before the casualty was freed and assessed by North West Ambulance Service paramedics. The casualty was they conveyed to hospital via ambulance. Crews were in attendance for half an hour.
