At 10:13 on 23rd August, two fire engines from Blackburn attended a road traffic collision on Haslingden Road, Blackburn. The incident involved two vehicles. Four casualties were given first aid by fire service personnel before being conveyed to hospital by North West Ambulance Service (NWAS). Firefighters then worked to make the scene safe. They were in attendance for forty minutes.
