At 12:49 two fire engines from Blackburn station attended a road traffic collision on Billinge End Road, Blackburn. The incident involved one vehicle which had hit a garden wall of a house and there were two casualties. Fire service administered first aid and made the scene safe. Crews were in attendance for approximately two hours.
