At 15:56 two fire engines from Clitheroe attended a road traffic collision on Settle Road, Bolton by Bowland. The incident involved two vehicles and was casualty was released by firefighters using holmatro cutting equipment, stabilising equipment and first-aid. Firefighters were at the scene for approximately an hour.
