At 10:09 on 20th November, two fire engines from Rawtenstall and Ramsbottom attended a road traffic collision on Blackburn Road, Bury. The incident involved two vehicles. Firefighters used road traffic collision equipment, a longboard, and cutting equipment to release one casualty from their vehicle. The casualty was then conveyed to the hospital by North West Ambulance Service (NWAS) personnel. Crews were in attendance for approximately one and a half hours.
