Two fire crews from Chorley attended a road traffic collision on Birckacre Road in Chorley. The vehicle had come off the roadway and fallen into a stream on its roof, it had been on fire but was out on arrival of crews. Thankfully all persons were free from the vehicle when firefighters arrived. Four people were assessed by paramedics at the scene, two of which were taken to hospital. Firefighters were in attendance around one hour.
