At 16:16 on the 9th January 2023, two fire engines from Ormskirk attended a road traffic collision on Blythe Lane, Lathom. The incident involved one vehicle. Firefighters extricated one casualty from the vehicle using road traffic collision equipment. Two causalities were conveyed to hospital by North West Ambulance Service. Crews were detained for ninety minutes.
