At 19:35 two fire engines from Longridge and Preston attended a road traffic collision on Lower Road, Longridge. Crews used holmatro cutters to release one casualty from a vehicle who was then transferred to hospital via road ambulance. Fire crews were at the scene for 25 minutes.
