Firefighters from Lancaster and Morecambe attended reports of a road traffic collision involving two vehicles on Ovangle Road, Morecambe. Firefighters used holmatro cutters and spreaders to extricate two casualties from the vehicles as well as some small tools. The casualties were then handed over to paramedics at the scene and transported to hospital. Fire crews were in attendance approximately two hours.
