At 08:01 two fire engines from Blackpool attended a road traffic collision involving two vehicles on Garstang Road, Poulton-le-Fylde. Firefighters used rescue and stabilisation equipment to release one casualty from the vehicle. Police and ambulance personnel were in attendance and firefighters were at the scene for just under an hour.
