At 19:13 on 30th January, two fire engines from Blackburn attended a road traffic collision on Wilpshire Road, Rishton. The incident involved two vehicles. Firefighters used a hearth kit and worked to make the scene safe. One casualty received precautionary checks from North West Ambulance Service (NWAS) paramedics. Crews were in attendance for twenty-five minutes.
