At 17:36 on 22nd March, two fire engines from Clitheroe and Bacup attended a road traffic collision on Accrington Road, Whalley, Clitheroe. Two casualties had been released from their vehicle prior to the arrival of fire service personnel. Firefighters used a trauma pack and a hearth kit to make the seen safe. Both casualties were conveyed to hospital by North West Ambulance Service paramedics.
