At 15:24 on 25th, two fire engines from Penwortham and Preston attended a road traffic collision on Moss Side Lane, Wrea Green. The incident involved two vehicles. One casualty was placed in the care of North West Ambulance Service (NWAS) personnel, who conveyed them to hospital. Firefighters then worked to make the scene safe. They were in attendance for approximately half an hour.
