Fire crews from Fulwood and Preston attended reports of a road traffic collision on the M6 motorway southbound near junction 32. The incident involved two cars in the third lane. Firefighters assisted with multiple casualties at the scene and two of them were taken to hospital. Firefighters were in attendance approximately one hour and thirty minutes.
