Three fire engines from Chorley, Leyland and Tarleton were called to a road traffic collision at the junction of Croston Road and Liverpool Road, Rufford. Firefighters used cutting equipment to release one casualty from a vehicle. The casualty was later taken to hospital by paramedics.
