Two fire engines from Hyndburn attended a fire involving fencing and a shed on Windermere Avenue in Accrington. Firefighters used four breathing apparatus, three hose reels and two positive pressure ventilation units to extinguish the fire. Crews administered oxygen to one casualty who suffered smoke inhalation and were in attendance for around two hours and 20 minutes.
