Firefighters from Wesham, Lytham and South Shore attended reports of a fire involving a domestic property in Kirkgate, Kirkham where it was believed there may have been people trapped inside. On arrival firefighters found the fire involved a garden shed which was affecting a domestic property, thankfully all persons were accounted for and there were no casualties. Crews extinguished the fire using two hose reels and two main jets. They were in attendance approximately 90 minutes.
