At 07:40 crews from Lancaster, Bolton-le-Sands and Morecambe attended to reports of a shed on fire. On arrival they found a shed well alight and used two breathing apparatus, hose reel and breaking in tools to extinguish the fire. The shed was at the rear of the property however crews also found smoke coming from the basement of the property. A further two breathing apparatus were used to investigate further. Two hose reels, positive ventilation fan and lighting was used to bring the fire under control. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
