Fire crews from Ormskirk and Chorley were called to reports of a fire involving a shipping container on Gorsey Lane, Mawdesley. Crews used one hose reel and two breathing apparatus to extinguish the fire. They were in attendance for one hour and an investigation into the cause of the fire is now underway.
