Two fire engines and crews from Blackburn were assigned to a van on fire at the roadside on Bonsall Street, Blackburn. Firefighters used two hosereel jets to extinguish the fire, which they believe had been started deliberately. There were no casualties. Police were notified of the suspected arson.
