Firefighters from Hyndburn were called to reports go a vehicle fire on Oak Street, Oswaldtwistle. The fire involved the engine compartment of a vehicle that was well alight on the roadway when firefighters arrived at the scene. Crews used one breathing apparatus and one hose reel to extinguish the fire. Crews were in attendance approximately fifty five minutes and an investigation into the cause of the fire is now underway.
