At 13:24 on the 28th July 2023, two fire engines from Blackburn and Hyndburn attended a vehicle fire on Whalley Road, Clayton-le-Moors. Firefighters wore breathing apparatus and used one hose reel jet, two hose reels and and a environmental pack. Crews were in attendance for one hour and fifteen minutes.
