Initial call stated that straw was on fire in a cutting machine which was attached to a tractor at a property on Dawbers Lane, Euxton. Firefighters from Chorley and Leyland attended and found approximately 2 tonnes of straw well alight. They used one jet to extinguish the fire and were in attendance approximately thirty minutes.
