At 00:12 one fire engine from Rawtenstall attended a vehicle fire on Lancaster Road, Haslingden. A van on a driveway was well alight and firefighters used one hose reel to extinguish the fire that was completely destoryed be fire. The fire was thought to be of suspicious origin. Firefighters were in attendance for approximately forty minutes.
