Firefighters from Bispham attended a vehicle fire on Maycroft Avenue, Poulton le Fylde. The crews found there had been a small fire confined to the engine compartment of a transit van which was now out upon their arrival. Firefighters used a thermal imaging camera and a hose reel to check for fire spread and cool the engine compartment. There were no casualties reported and firefighters remained in attendance approximately one hour.
