At 15:56hrs, Preston firefighters extinguished a fire involving a vehicle on the side of the road in St Georges Road, Preston. The fire was located in the engine compartment of the vehicle and was quickly put out by crews using a hose reel. Crews were in attendance around twenty minutes.
