At 01:13 on the 4th November, one fire engine from Skelmersdale responded to a vehicle fire on Fairhaven, Birch Green, Skelmersdale. The vehicle was well alight when firefighters arrived. Crews used one hose reel and one breathing apparatus to bring the fire under control, and were at the scene for approximately 70 minutes.
The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
