At 20:06 on 6th January, one fire engine from Skelmersdale attended a vehicle fire on Grimshaw Road, Skelmersdale. The incident involved one vehicle that was well alight on the roadway when the crew arrived. Firefighters used two breathing apparatus, and one hose reel to extinguish the fire. They were in attendance for half an hour.
