At 21:58 on the 3rd March 2023, two fire engines from Hyndburn and Haslignden attended an incident on A56 Haslingden, Accrington. The incident involved one vehicle which was well alight when crews arrived. Firefighters wore breathing apparatus and used one hose reel to extinguish the fire. Crews were in attendance for approximately forty five minutes.
