Two fire engines from South Shore and Wesham attended a fire involving a vehicle on the M55 westbound between junctions 3 and 4 at 18:37. Firefighters used two hose reels and two breathing apparatus to extinguish the fire which was on the hard shoulder. No injuries were reported.
