At 08:30 on 19 July, two fire engines from Burnley attended a waste fire on Briercliffe Road, Burnley. The incident involved a quantity of waste in the rear yard of a property. Firefighters used two breathing apparatus and one hose reel to extinguish the fire. They were in attendance for half an hour.
