At 3:44pm on 12th June, two fire engines from Hyndburn attended an incident on Hermitage Street, Rishton. The fire involved waste materials at a disused commercial property. Firefighters used a hose reel and a triple extension ladder to extinguish the fire. Crews were at the scene for twenty minutes.
