At 15:02 two fire engines from Burnley attended a domestic property fire on Trover Close, Burnley. The incident involved a tumble dryer in the property and firefighters used two breathing apparatus and one hose reel to extinguish the fire. Crews remained at the scene for approximately forty five minutes. There were no casualties but severe fire damage to the tumble dryer and light smoke to the rest of the property.
