We have a number of challenging targets for a range of key performance indicators (KPIs) which help us to monitor and measure our performance in achieving success and meeting our priorities. We also have local indicators which help us plan our resources, and monitor trends to establish whether action is needed to address changing risk.
KPIs are reported to the Combined Fire Authority’s Performance Committee each quarter and at the end of the year we produce an annual service report.
