Four fire crews from Skelmersdale and Ormskirk, including two from Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service attended a building fire on Yewdale, Skelmersdale. On arrival fire crews found a fire involving a derelict building, approximately 40m by 50m. Firefighters used two breathing apparatus and one hose reel to extinguish the fire. Crews were in attendance approximately one hour and forty minutes.
