Caller reported a building fire on Blackburn Road, Accrington in the early hours. Fire crews from Blackburn and Hyndburn attended and upon arrival found the incident involved a quantity of rubbish that was on fire and had spread to some wooden decking at the front of a commercial premise. The fire was extinguished using a hose reel and some small tools. Crews were in attendance approximately 40 minutes. An investigation into the cause of the fire is now underway.
