At 17:57 on the 3rd May 2022, two fire engines from Bolton-le-Sands and Carnforth attended a caravan fire on Windermere Road, Carnforth. The fire involved a derelict caravan. Firefighters wore breathing apparatus and used one hose reel to extinguish the fire. Crews were were in attendance for forty minutes.
