You will be required to operate across a breadth of Human Resources activity coaching and supporting managers to manage their people to meet Departmental goals and Corporate LFRS objectives.
It is essential that candidates have excellent interpersonal skills, well developed written skills and the ability to write policies and reports to a high standard. Previous experience of working within Human Resources providing professional advice and guidance to line managers is also essential. Candidates are required to be an Associate Member of the CIPD or equivalent.
