At 20:48 on 11 July, two fire engines from Blackburn attended a derelict building fire on Collin Bridge Street, Blackburn. Firefighters used one hose reel, one positive pressure ventilation unit, and a thermal imaging camera to extinguish the fire. They were in attendance for an hour and twenty-five minutes.
