Four fire engines from Blackpool, Bispham and South Shore, and the aerial ladder platform from Morecambe, were mobilised to a derelict building fire on the Promenade in Blackpool.
The fire involved the first floor and crews used four breathing apparatus and two hose reels to bring the incident under control.
Firefighters were on scene for approximately three hours and forty minutes.
