At 17:37 on the 20th August 2023, four fire engines from Lancaster, Morecambe, Bolton-le-Sands and Carnforth attended a derelict building fire on Seymour Street, Lancaster. Firefighters wore breathing apparatus and used three main jets and small tools to extinguish the fire. Crews were in attendance for one hour and fifteen minutes.
