Four fire crews from Fulwood, Penwortham and Preston tackled a fire on Birkdale Drive in Preston. Crews found the fire in a derelict building approximately 30m by 40m. Six firefighters wore breathing apparatus and used one hose reel and two fans to extinguish the fire. They were in attendance around one hour and thirty minutes.
