Firefighters from Fleetwood and Bispham were called to reports of a fire involving a domestic property on Silvia Way, Fleetwood where it was believed there may be people still inside the property. On arrival firefighters found the property heavily smoke logged. They rescued one casualty from the building and extinguished the fire using four breathing apparatus and two hose reels. The casualty was left in the care of ambulance crews at the scene being checked over for smoke inhalation. Firefighters were in attendance approximately two hours.
