Two fire engines from Morecambe attended a domestic fire on Witherslack Close, Morecambe. The fire involved a base unit in a ground floor kitchen. Firefighters used a debris bag, hearth kit, shovels and a ventilation unit to extinguish the fire. One casualty was assessed by firefighters for smoke inhalation. Crews were in attendance for fifty minutes.
